Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space where you don’t have to prove anything or pretend you’re okay. Here, you can slow down, unpack what’s been weighing on you, and get the tools and clarity you need to move forward. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences with a balance of compassion and honesty.
Our approach blends evidence-based treatment with a whole-person perspective—mind, body, relationships, and faith. This is your time to strengthen your identity, build healthier rhythms, and move toward a more grounded and purposeful version of yourself. You’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, challenge old patterns, and reconnect with purpose. The goal is not perfection—it’s healing, clarity, and growth.
What we may work on together:
-
Understanding emotions, patterns, and triggers
-
Strengthening confidence, identity, and purpose
-
Building coping skills that actually work
-
Navigating faith and life challenges
-
Processing difficult memories or transitions

We dig beneath the surface to break unhelpful cycles and rebuild communication, friendship, and intimacy.
Every couple brings history, culture, strengths, wounds, and expectations. My role is to help you reconnect with what brought you together and create a relationship built on respect, empathy, and shared purpose.

Teen Therapy (14+)
The teen years are a season of rapid change — emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually. Teens are navigating identity, friendships, school pressure, independence, and expectations, often without the words or tools to explain what they’re feeling. Teen therapy offers a safe, confidential space where teens can be heard without judgment and supported without pressure.
Therapy helps teens build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills while learning how to communicate more effectively with parents, peers, and authority figures. Sessions are collaborative, age-appropriate, and respectful of a teen’s growing independence — while still keeping parents informed and supported in ways that strengthen the family as a whole.
Common Concerns Addressed:
-
Anxiety, depression, or mood changes
-
Academic stress or burnout
-
Social challenges, peer conflict, or bullying
-
Family conflict or communication breakdowns
-
Identity exploration and self-esteem struggles
-
Trauma, grief, or difficult life experiences
-
Behavioral concerns or emotional shutdown
***Parent Involvement Note:
While adolescent therapy honors confidentiality, parents remain an important part of the process. Parent check-ins, guidance, and support are offered as appropriate to ensure progress continues at home while respecting the teen’s therapeutic space.
